The Fir Tree Clinic was established in 2004 as a chiropractic and sports injuries clinic with the aim of providing affordable healthcare through the use of recognised complementary therapies practised by qualified and experienced therapists. Since it was established, the clinic has built up a good working relationship with other heathcare providers in the Basingstoke area, including GPs and consultants, and continues to grow mostly through word of mouth and referrals.
The clinic offers a wide range of other supporting therapies, all of which take an holistic approach to patient care. The aim of all treatment is to find and treat the cause of the problem and not just the symptoms, thereby ensuring less chance of reoccurrence. As such, a key part of treatment is patient education and each therapist will work with his/her patients to ensure their speediest recovery and the achievement of optimum health.
The clinic is housed in a purpose-built timber building constructed to accommodation standards and is located in tranquil rural surroundings. It is very easy to find being just 5 minutes from Tadley and 10 minutes from the centre of Basingstoke and Chineham. There is plenty of safe, free onsite parking which is floodlit after dark and the clinic is equipped for disabled access.
All therapists working in the clinic are fully qualified in their disciplines and registered with the appropriate governing bodies where required. They are very happy to work with the patient's GP in order to offer the most suitable care and treatment in each individual case. Chiropractic treatment is available under BUPA and most health insurance schemes.
